The Improvers level volumes have been devised for those who have practiced yoga before and those who have worked their way through the Beginners Level classes. The three volumes form a progressive series that uses expert guidance to advance some of the postures featured in the Beginners classes and to introduce other stronger postures and techniques. Each volume uses clear, easy-to-follow instructions combined with different atmospheric background music tracks to form practical, effective, high quality yoga sessions.The mp3 is accompanied by a guide booklet in pdf form that highlights the instructions and gives a series of reference photos for each yoga posture. We highly recommend using the three improvers volumes in rotation. This will provide variety, give exposure to a broad range of basic yoga postures and will establish a firm foundation before moving on to stronger more advanced postures and variations.
Improvers Yoga Volume 3 is a 65 minute class that uses expert tuition to further advance some of the postures featured in the Volume 1 & Volume2 classes as well as to introduce some stronger postures. The class starts with a short guided relaxation to focus the mind and prepare the body for 24 postures including The Bow, Equestrian Pose and advanced variations of both Downward Facing Dog and Plank before concluding with a longer guided relaxation section.
