The Improvers level volumes have been devised for those who have practiced yoga before and those who have worked their way through the Beginners Level classes. The three volumes form a progressive series that uses expert guidance to advance some of the postures featured in the Beginners classes and to introduce other stronger postures and techniques. Each volume uses clear, easy-to-follow instructions combined with different atmospheric background music tracks to form practical, effective, high quality yoga sessions.The mp3 is accompanied by a guide booklet in pdf form that highlights the instructions and gives a series of reference photos for each yoga posture. We highly recommend using the three improvers volumes in rotation. This will provide variety, give exposure to a broad range of basic yoga postures and will establish a firm foundation before moving on to stronger more advanced postures and variations.
Improvers Yoga Volume 2 is a 62 minute class that advances some of the postures taught in Improvers Yoga Volume 1 as well as introducing many new postures. The class starts with a short guided relaxation that focuses the mind and prepares the body. It then continues with 18 yoga postures including The Plank, Sun Warrior and Mountain. Improvers Volume 2 continues your journey into the ancient eastern science of Yoga and will allow you to enjoy the many benefits it brings to both body and mind.
