The mp3s in the Beginners Series have been devised specifically for those with little or no previous experience of yoga. They have been created to provide a high quality introduction into basic Hatha Yoga techniques and together form a series that encourages you to progress gently under expert guidance whilst enjoying the many benefits yoga brings. Each volume uses clear, easy-to-follow instructions combined with different atmospheric background music tracks to form practical, effective and relaxing yoga sessions. The mp3 is accompanied by a guide booklet in pdf form that highlights the instructions and gives a series of reference photos for each yoga posture. We highly recommend using the three beginners classes in rotation. This will provide variety, give exposure to a broad range of basic yoga postures and will establish a firm foundation before moving on to stronger more advanced postures and variations.
Beginners Yoga Volume 3 has been devised to follow on from our Beginners Yoga Volume 1 & Volume 2 classes and continue your practical introduction to Hatha yoga and its many benefits. As with the other classes in the series this 60 minute class starts with a short guided relaxation to focus the mind and prepare the body. It then continues with 18 yoga postures that include The Cobbler, Warrior 2, Extended Triangle and Snake before concluding with a longer guided relaxation section.
