This CD Yoga Class is suitable for those with some previous experience of Yoga.
Improvers Yoga Vol.3 is a 65 minute class that uses clear and easy to understand instructions to introduce each posture. The instructions are combined with relaxing music that sets a mood perfect for yoga. The class starts with a short guided relaxation that focuses the mind and prepares the body. It then continues with 24 postures including The Bow, Equestrian Pose and advanced variations of both Downward Facing Dog and Plank before concluding with a longer guided relaxation section.
This CD Yoga Class is accompanied by a yoga guide booklet that highlights the instructions and gives a series of photos for each posture as well as giving information on how to get the most from the class.
We highly recommend that this yoga class be used in conjunction with our Improvers Vol.1 & Vol.2 yoga class CD's. Using the classes alternately will provide variety and allow exposure to a broader range of more advanced Hatha yoga postures and techniques as well as maximising the many benefits they bring.
