This Class will also advance some of the postures taught in Improvers Voume 1 Class. This CD Yoga Class is accompanied by a yoga guide booklet that highlights the instructions and gives a series of photos for each posture as well as giving information on how to get the most from the class.
We highly recommend that this yoga class be used in conjunction with our Improvers Volume 1 Yoga Class CD. Using the Improvers classes alternately will provide variety and allow exposure to a broader range of yoga postures and techniques.
