This 60 minute Beginners Yoga Class uses clear easy to follow instructions to introduce and guide you through a series of different basic yoga postures to those taught in the yoga2hear Beginners Yoga Volume 1 CD.
The clear instructions are combined with a full length background music track that has been created exclusively for this class.
This yoga class starts with a short guided relaxation that focuses the mind and prepares the body for the class. It then continues with 16 yoga postures that include The Staff, Dancer and Triangle before concluding with a longer guided relaxation section.
This yoga class CD is accompanied by a yoga guide booklet that highlights the instructions and gives a series of photos for each yoga posture as well as giving information on how to get the most from the class.
Many people prefer using an instructional Yoga CD rather than a DVD because it allows you to focus completely on the voice of the teacher without being tempted to look at a screen to see what the teacher is doing. The booklet that comes with the CD gives clear visual illustrations of everything you need for the class for reference. These are great to carry with you wherever you might need them, whether that might be from room to room in your own home, to the office for a lunch time relaxation or on holiday.
