Eye Pillows are often used for relaxation or Savasana at the end of a yoga class. They are also perfect for relaxation, meditation and to relieve tension. Great for shutting out the light, applying light pressure to the eye area and delivering the soothing, calming aromas of either pure essential oils or essential oil blends. Eye Pillows, sometimes referred to as Eye Bags, can also be used for relieving tension and headaches. They are usually filled with natural products such as lavender and flaxseed, that mould gently to the contours of the face.
