The Vol.2 class uses easy to follow expert tuition to instruct stronger postures that will improve flexibility, strength, co-ordination, balance and mental focus. These benefits will make a real difference to your skiing or boarding and will also reduce the risk of injury. Yoga for Snow Sports Vol.2 is a practical and effective yoga class that can be used again and again to prepare you for your time on the mountain and it is also ideal to use at the end of a day on the snow to stretch and relax your body. The class starts with a short relaxation session to focus your mind and prepare the body for the 19 yoga postures that are stronger and more advanced than those used in the Yoga for Snow Sports Vol.1 class. Each posture is introduced using clear, easy-to-follow instructions which are combined with a subtle atmospheric background music track. The class then ends with a short relaxation session that will leave your body and mind feeling relaxed and tuned. The class is accompanied by a free PDF visual reference guide booklet that highlights the instructions and gives a series of photos for each yoga posture included. Yoga for Snow Sports Vol.2 is devised and instructed by Sue Fuller and was recorded in a professional sound studio. Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine and is a leading yoga teacher, writer and training course author who has taught yoga to many professional sportsmen and women around the world since 1995.
