Yin Yoga Session 1 is a 65 minute guided session which contains a selection of held floor based postures that will help release deep-set tension from both the muscles and connective tissues. Yin yoga also improves joint flexibility and stability.
By taking the time to engage in a regular Yin style yoga practise brings many additional benefits. These include improved posture, increased energy flow, balanced stress levels, enhanced sleep patterns and increased feelings of health and vitality.
A yin style practice will compliment other stronger or flowing yoga practices as well as many other physical activities. It also provides the perfect opportunity to balance a busy or hectic lifestyle as it induces deep relaxation.
