Postnatal Yoga consists of two different safe, effective and practical 30 minute instructional yoga classes. The classes have been specifically devised for use after pregnancy and are suitable for women with and without previous yoga experience. Sue is the resident yoga expert for Natural Health Magazine and is the author of the British School Yoga's Pre and Postnatal Yoga Teacher Training Course. She devised the classes using her extensive knowledge of postnatal yoga combined with her own experiences during the postnatal period. The Postnatal Yoga classes are accompanied by a free PDF guide booklet that highlights the instruction, provides reference photos and gives helpful tips on how to get the most from the classes.
