About Lucy Owen:
Lucy is a Firefighter, accomplished horsewoman, gymnast and fitness fanatic who discovered Pilates and it's many benefits in 1998. She then decided to train as an instructor and has since become a highly respected teacher specialising in introducing beginners to mat based Pilates techniques.
