These attractive yoga bolsters are perfect for use during yoga and pilates. The rounded shape of the bolster make it particularly useful for a whole variety of yoga and pilates exercises. The cover has a zipper and is removable for washing. The bolster also features a carrying strap. The bolster is filled with Kapok, which is a natural hollow fibre and therefore light and voluminous. Perfect to support you in restorative yoga poses or postures requiring gentle support, and it can also be used to support and relax in long positions such as those found in yin yoga or restorative yoga. The removable cover is made of printed cotton and machine washable max. 30°C.

As a yogi lover,and not being able to go classes on account of what's happening,where now expected to go online.....whereas bolsters are usually provided,now's the time you need to get your own.
Not only are the cover washable,but the bolster is solid enought to take my weight without flattening up...I've used this in quite a few classes,and it's maintained its shape.....
Worth the investment..
