Dynamic Flow Session 1 is a 55 minute, flowing yoga class for those familiar with basic yoga postures and the concept of Vinyasa Flow.
The class has been devised to physically challenge the body, by lengthening and strengthening all the major muscle groups as it takes the body through its complete range of movement. The class includes postures that fold, rotate and elongate the body. It will also help to clear and focus the mind, whilst the final relaxation will leave you feeling deeply relaxed, re-stored and invigorated.
