Cotton Canvas Yoga Mat Bag is a practical and stylish yoga mat bag is made from strong 100% cotton canvas. The yoga mat bag opens to one end to a diameter of approx 20cm and is secured by a toggle/drawstring for easy removal and replacement of your mat. It features a handy zipped pocket on the front for small items such as keys or valuables. It also cleverly incorporates several ringed eyelets into the design to ensure the mat bag is always well ventilated.

Yoga Belts are used in many styles of Yoga and help you to 'bind' in a pose by extending your current reach. For example, if you are unable to hold your toes or feet in Paschimottanasana (seated forward bend), you can loop the belt around your feet and fold forwards within your current capacity holding the belt. The binding element of poses is introduced to make an energetic connection and the belt helps you to feel that you've made this in a way that wouldn't be possible otherwise.
