The classes in this section are suitable for those will all levels of yoga experience. When practiced regularly Pranayamas (yoga breathing techniques) will improve levels of health and vitality as well as encourage relaxation, reduce anxiety and increase mental focus. Mudras (gestures) are used to intensify a yoga practice and to channel and seal energy within the body. This produces many positive effects including balancing of the body and mind and the encouragement of spiritual growth. All of the classes uses clear, easy-to-follow instructions combined with different atmospheric background music tracks to form practical and effective sessions.
Pranayamas and Mudras Volume 1 is a 40 minute class that combines a number of carefully selected Pranayamas including a Cleansing Breath and Kapalabhati with Mudras such as Chin and Yoni.
