The Sun Salutation Yoga Pilates Mat is a firm favourite in Sweden where it was first developed as a multipurpose, durable mat, ideal for use in studios.   It is suitable for any type of yoga or pilates and can also be used for stretch, body balance and relaxation.  It is a dense mat which gives really great grip and cushioning.

It is 6mm thick, 61cm wide and 183cm in length (approx 10cm longer than many mats, so great for taller people).   It weighs approximatey 2.2kg.  is a high quality PVC mat but does not contain any phtalates (no AZO or DOP).  It is tested according to the EN71 standard.

We recommend that you wipe this mat with a damp cloth before using for the first time, to remove any residue from the production process and to ensure good grip.  The mat is machine washable at 40 degrees.
