Yoga Bliss Delivery

- We can send goods to most countries in the world! -


Once an item has been purchased and payment has been authorized, delivery will be made by
Royal Mail or courier, both requiring a signature.
In the UK this typically takes 1-2 working days, but occasionally may take longer.

Next Day courier orders will be dispatched to arrive arrive the following working day if the order is made before 12 Midday.

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by events outside of our control, for example, the weather.


We try to keep our delivery costs as low as we possibly can:

The maximum standard delivery charge to UK mainland destinations,
no matter how heavy your order, will not exceed £5.80 inc. VAT.
All deliveries require a signature.

The charge for next working day delivery to UK mainland destinations,
no matter how heavy your order is £6.50 inc. VAT.
All deliveries require a signature.


We may upgrade delivery in the UK to "Next Working Day Courier" (at no extra charge) for heavier items.

Delivery charges to non UK countries are shown at the checkout. Email for further information.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver larger items (over 2 kg) outside the UK at present
unless we are able to split the order into separate parcels weighing less than 2kg each.

Orders received before 12 Midday on Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the following morning.
Orders received after 12 Midday on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday morning.

Courier Deliveries (UK Mainland only)
Our 'Next Working Day' courier delivery option is for UK mainland only.
We must receive your order by 12 Midday if your order is to be sent out on the same day.
The cost of this service is £6.50 including VAT.
You should receive email notification of your delivery time slot from our courier.
If you are not at the nominated address to accept delivery as arranged, your courier will leave a
calling card which gives you the following options;
a) To re-arrange delivery
b) To arrange for you to collect your package from the Courier depot.
If the courier company (Interlink Express) does not hear from you, a second attempt to deliver
your package will be made on the day following the original scheduled delivery.
If this second attempt at delivery is not accepted, the package will be returned to the depot and held there for 24 hours.
If the package is not collected during this time, it will be returned to Yoga Bliss.
If delivery fails because the recipient is not available to accept delivery and the subsequent deliveries also fail,
Yoga Bliss reserves the right to charge for re-delivery.
Delivery to some outlying UK destinations will take 2 days (e.g Scottish Highlands)

Standard Delivery (UK)
The postage of your order will be calculated based on the weight of the combined items purchased.
Your order will be sent either by Royal Mail First Class recorded service or our courier,
both of which require a signature on delivery.
We recommend that you nominate a delivery address where someone will be available to accept and sign for
your delivery, for example a work address or a neighbour.
This service typically takes between 1 and 3 working days.
We recommend choosing our courier delivery option if you require express delivery.
If you are out when delivery is attempted, a card will be left stating;
a)Where the parcel has been left, for example, with a neighbour
b)That the parcel has been returned to your local Post Office or courier depot for you to collect or rearrange delivery.
If you do not collect this parcel, it will be returned to Yoga Bliss.
If re-delivery of the parcel is required by the customer, Yoga Bliss reserves the right to charge again for the cost of re-delivery.


Standard Delivery (UK Islands)
The postage of your order will be calculated based on the weight of the combined items purchased.
Prices are based on Royal Mail "signed for" delivery charges, plus a small amount to cover packaging.
Whilst we endeavour to keep these costs as low as possible, heavier items such as mats will incur a
higher delivery cost. You can see the cost for delivery during checkout or call us for an estimate.


International Orders
International orders (under 2 Kg in weight) will be sent using Royal Mail International Signed for service.
This service requires a signature on delivery.
If your order weighs over 2kg it may be necessary to split the order into more than one parcel.
We will include paperwork with your order to illustrate which parts of the order are included in which parcel.

International Signed for target delivery time scales
Western Europe - from 3 working days to 14 working days
Eastern Europe - from 4 working days to 28 working days
The rest of the world - from 5 working days to 56 working days

If you order a yoga mat or a single item that is heavier than 2kg, it will be sent by either Royal Mail Global Value or
Global Economy services which take between 4 working days and 28 working days depending on destination.
