The Yoga Bliss office hours are:
Monday – Friday 2pm – 5pm.
Most Saturdays 10am – 12 noon.
We hope that our customers will appreciate that our office hours are thus
so that the mornings can be dedicated to daily Yoga Practice, teacher training and studying.
You can call our office at any time and leave a short message with your name, telephone number
and the nature of your query and we will make every effort to call you back as soon as we can.
If you have a query about an order, please leave details of your order, the date and your order number.

Returns
We aim to provide our customers with a superb service. If you wish to return goods for a refund we are happy to do so, providing that the goods are returned to us within 14 days with their original packaging, unworn and/or unused and in perfect condition. When returning your parcel, we suggest that you send it by recorded delivery, keeping the receipt as proof of posting. Please note that Yoga Bliss is not responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the goods are faulty or not as ordered. |

Delivery
Once an item has been purchased and payment has been authorized, delivery will be made by "signed for" mail or by courier. This typically takes 1-3 days. See our delivery page for more information. |
